POLICY: **Please note that sessions which are not canceled before or within 12hrs. of the clients scheduled time, by the client or if he/she does not show up in time and needs to reschedule, will need to add the missed session fee of $25 by credit card in advance to cover the same day in order to reschedule and reserve a 2nd appointment on another day, because there are no refunds once the session time is paid for by credit card. (The partial $25 missed fee is to cover at least half the time lost on behalf of the therapist due to the client not showing up, canceling with less than 12hrs notice or getting lost/delayed in traffic, and time cannot be made up either, due to a busy packed schedule. ) So please be sure the time you are booking is definite and will not lead to cancellation or delay. E-Checks are not acceptable, only credit/debit/cash. **There is no expiration time on when you can reschedule your missed session which was paid for, as long as the extra $25 fee is made asap to cover the day which was missed.

Swedish Relaxation Massage (Swedish Massage is the basic style of massage, and uses firm but gentle to medium pressure to promote relaxation. Various hand movements are used to break up muscle stiffness and increase blood circulation which then relaxes the muscles, body and mind stress at the same time. You can state your preference for pressure from light, to medium during Swedish massage session. If you need much deeper pressure then, try the Deep Tissue Massage below)

Looking down at a keyboard frequently stiffens the neck/shoulder muscle areas as well.)

I had a great massage from Anu last week. I was a bit nervous going in, but was pleasantly surprised at how her setup is, very soothing and convenient. Further more, I was very impressed with her technique, she hit all the right areas, attended to the strained muscles needing attention. Moreover, she took her time and it was a no rush experience. I would go back and highly recommend her.

I have had the good fortune of traveling to various countries where massage is taken as an art form and that has made me very picky and choosy about the right kind of technique which brings in total relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. And getting a massage from Anu has been one such experience. Though primarily Swedish, she combines various styles and always seems to find out those kinks and very artfully addresses them. She is also a great conversationalist with varied interests, and overall a great person. I have greatly benefited from all the massages I have received and would highly recommend her.
